La Palme d’Or
Inside the Grand Hyatt Hôtel Martinez, La Palme d’Or features views of La Croisette, the Bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea. The two-Michelin-starred restaurant is decorated in Art Deco style for an elegant environment.
Under Chef Christian Sinicropi, La Palme d’Or centres its seasonal dishes around its “Movements” concept, where food is prepared and cooked in three different ways. This luxury restaurant additionally offers an à la carte and collections menu that complements an expert wine list.
Just 10 minutes from La Croisette, Villa Archange sits in a charming 18th-century building. The luxury restaurant holds two Michelin stars for cuisine by Chef Bruno Oger, including the $250 La Tables des Anges menu, which includes roasted langoustine, veal knuckle, and a chocolate dessert.
Villa Archange also offers a Menu Découverte, L’Archange and Plats Signature menu, with all dishes, also available à la carte. The intimate restaurant seats only 26 guests and overlooks a private courtyard while guests savour fare inspired by the South of France.
With a name that means “dove” in Spanish, Paloma restaurant is effortlessly elegant with a baroque-inspired atmosphere. The two-Michelin-starred luxury restaurant serves contemporary French cuisine, focusing on authenticity, rich flavours, and delicate dishes.
In addition to the à la carte menu, Paloma prepares three tasting menus: Rhythm of Seasons, Harlequin and Nicolas Decherchi Has Selected For You. The final menu includes Gillardeau oysters, Brittany lobster marinière, and Bresse chicken.
The highlight of this Cannes-area luxury restaurant is its terrace encircled by exotic greenery in a garden. With two Michelin stars, L’Oasis guests dine under shady trees, enjoying southern French dishes with a hint of Eastern influence.
A standout dish is the lime-infused soufflé of locally caught sea urchins, but the desserts prepared by the patissier are also quite a treat.
Le Parc 45
A taste of the Mediterranean can be found on the sun-soaked terrace at Le Parc 45. Look out over the garden while savouring Michelin-starred cuisine through a variety of delicious tasting menus. The six-course Clair-Obscur menu comprises prime fish, baby squid, sea bass and lamb dishes.
For vegetarians, there’s even a separate Des Jardins et des Vergers menu option with dishes such as white beans, summer truffles, and apricots. The luxury restaurant is housed in Le Grand Hotel Cannes along with Le Cercle Bar for a cocktail after dinner.
