Organized twice a year, Maison&Objet Paris is one of the major European events dedicated to decoration and design. From 25 to 27 January, the premises of the Paris-Nord Villepinte will once again be the center of attention for all professionals looking for new design and decor trends.
This year’s Maison&Objet inspiration theme is “MAKE”. It’s a homage to the craftsmen and artisans that are redefining the rules of cutting-edge design.

In this context, Boca do Lobo will exhibit at M&O15 and make another statement design set. One of the most impressive pieces is the Millionaire Luxury Safe.
When one is looking to shed some extra cash to buy anything, it would be safe to assume that perfection in texture and construction is something they would persist with doggedness. With this gorgeous piece, you have to forget all such presumed notions and theories, and simply wait for all the abstract imperfection: Millionaire Luxury Safe bears ample evidence of the torcher that has been done on it, to break it open but successful till date.
During the 19th century, there was a world famous gold rush where the precious metal was found in large quantities in America. With time, the metal became a high demand commodity and seemed to be rather popular for use in different objects. One of them was the safe, which supposedly stored a lot of valuables, and was known for being very secure. The result was the countless attempts to break it open, which till date hasn’t been possible. The testimony of those attempts is on display on the rather imperfect exteriors, which now have all been bathed in gold.
Fotos When researched a bit more, it came to light that the safe is a mahogany structure with plates of brass covering it. Finally the plating was done in pure gold to make it appear more valuable than it ever would be, otherwise. Also the drawers in this safe are known to be highly secure and lockable. However, there is an actually a series of these safes which would be on display and sale at the Millionaire Fair. Since it’s a limited edition, the crazy rich folks are requested to be there at the event in time to get one of these.
