The Anniversary Edition pen also features an 18-carat gold nib engraved with the bicentennial logo. An exclusive lot<\/strong> of 20 pink gold pens are available by special order. Each of these expensive pens<\/strong><\/em> is crafted with 18-carat white gold<\/strong> and encrusted with 996 diamonds<\/strong> and 96 rubies<\/strong>, but the inner workings of the pen are still visible. Another 19 rubies<\/strong> attach to the clip ring, and the 18-carat gold<\/strong> nib also features two rubies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The La Modernista Diamond Pen honours architect Antonio Gaudi<\/a><\/strong>, who died in 1926. Crafted from solid silver components coated in rhodium, La Modernista has an 18-carat gold<\/strong> nib, also coated in rhodium. Encrusted with 5,072 Wesselton diamonds<\/strong> weighing 20 carats<\/strong> and 96 rubies weighing 32 carats<\/strong>, this expensive pen<\/strong><\/em> required six months of labour by master jeweller<\/strong> Robert Perron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
