With a luxury design by Tom Dixon, the restaurant boasts striking architectural features such as an arched glazed facade leading from the traditional colonnade terrace into a double heightened space with a mezzanine level and a more intimate dining room towards the back. Floor to ceiling windows bathes the pantry area in natural light, with a subtle and stylish palette traveling through to the main luxury restaurant.
Against a neutral backdrop, sit large feature elements in extraordinary materials, each celebrating a different part of the eclectic all-day food and drink offering.
This modern restaurant with a unique design by Tom Dixon is an expansive building where each area uses color and to create its own personality, with extraordinary materials used generously and boldly. The airy rooms are accented with color from a pink concrete bar and green granite feature kitchen to custom design modern furniture with green leather and black timber booths.
Tom Dixon and his talented team have designed a bright, clean and inviting space to reflect the menu. His design, meanwhile, is less louche mid-century lounge: the blushing pastel hues and burnished gold details offset bizarrely by glass cases of dinosaur skulls, ersatz Egyptian artifacts and nobbles of quartz.
