Inspired by the Salon de la Paix in the Chateau de Versailles and designed by the top interior designer Philippe Starck, the Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse is a majestic restaurant and a pure symbol of classicalism and elegance combined with contemporary delight and humor.
The imposing interior design of this modern restaurant has been carefully enhanced by more playful touches, including iconic Eero Saarinen Tulip chairs, two decorative screens, and a sculpture capturing the suspended movement of water. Inside the Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, these contemporary elements sit perfectly amongst the antique mirrors, crystal chandeliers, and elegant frescoes, generating a fabulous setting for the fine cuisine.
Designed by Philippe Starck, Le Meurice Alain Ducasse is a luxury restaurant with award-winning dining, based on his concept of ‘Essential Cuisine’. The luxury dining room displays pure lines, contemporary materials and objects, and exceptional furniture pieces with a unique design.
Le Meurice Alain Ducasse expresses its own personality: before cooking, there is a personal nature. Preserving the authentic flavor of each plate, expressing the truth of the French fine cuisine. Inside the modern restaurant, the pleasure of the dinner requires that the cook’s technique is placed in the background. In this luxury restaurant, the essence of food is the purity of taste.
With two Michelin stars, the menu offers the same glorious cuisine and service in a shorter style but with memories that last just as long, and also remains faithful to the authentic taste of the produce at every stage of the process until it reaches the plate.
The Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse celebrates Ducasse’s culinary philosophy under the mastery of executive chef Amaury Bouhours. In a reinterpretation of classic haute cuisine, devoted to great subtlety and technical skill, incomparable ingredients remain true to their authentic flavors.
