The 2020 Taycan, the first Porsche Electric Car, is the newest model by the high-end brand and the perfect supercar with a unique design for someone with a luxury lifestyle. Promising a more than a competitive range of 310 miles and offering 600 lithium-ion-generated horsepower providing a reported 3.5-seconds-to-60-mph thrust, this luxury car is enormously composed by some complex electronic systems that prevent it from spinning off the road.
Thanks to the Taycan’s dual-motor system, the first Porsche Electric Car can almost immediately demand power from either axle without any delay: an important feat that cannot be matched by most of today’s combusted-engined vehicles.
With a modern design, the Taycan 2020 – the first Porsche Electric Car – will feature two electric motors – one at the front and one at the back – delivering around 600bhp in range-topping versions of the modern car.
As the first Porsche Electric Car, the Porsche Taycan 2020 is a turning point in the company’s history. The supercar takes some design cues from the company’s 718 Cayman and Boxster sports cars, including the compact LED headlight design and the sculpted bonnet.
The Taycan 2020, the first Porsche Electric Car, boasts a lower center of gravity than the Porsche 911 GT3, in large part thanks to the low positioning of its battery. Combined with active, adaptive air suspension and rear-wheel steering, the supercar feels extremely agile in corners, radiantly disguising its large proportions.
Inside, the Porsche Taycan 2020 adopts a “four-plus-one” layout, with room for up to five passengers, while there’ll be space for luggage in the boot and under the bonnet. Besides this, the First Porsche Electric Car, a stunning and marvelous supercar, will come with multiple variants, for an example: three initial power outputs offered will be 402, 536, and 670 horsepower, and electric motors at the front and rear will give the Taycan all-wheel drive.
