London Craft Week is an event that combines various types of craftsmanship and was created in order to pay tribute to handwork and showcase the best of hand-made modern design pieces showcasing the best of the arts and crafts.

Celebrating outstanding British and international creativity, this year London Craft Week brings together over 240 established and emerging makers, designers, brands and galleries from around the world. London Craft Week returns to the capital for its 5th edition from 8 to 12 May, and Boca do Lobo is presenting amazing pieces to celebrate the history of the brand by invitation of the Portuguese Embassy. Master artisans demonstrate their craft during a cocktail reception.

A historical place to show for the first time in the United Kingdom, the Limited Edition Masterpiece called ONCE UPON A TIME, a remarkable bar cabinet born from the finest hand-painted porcelain and contemporary design. ONCE UPON A TIME Bar Cabinet

Brought to life from the merging of the iconic Pixel cabinet by Boca do Lobo and the delicate hand painted porcelain by the renowned Vista Alegre, the exquisite bar cabinet Limited Edition truly seems to come from a dream or a fairy tale. A collectible design fully hand painted and it took 500 hours of hard work by the most talented master artisans. Each work of art can be customized with the future collector’s name.

Being exhibited at London Craft Week, this iconic, unparalleled, modern furniture piece presents a ground-breaking work of pioneering design. It carries the dedication of those who built it to craft an avant-garde furniture piece that is authentic, playful and a perfect match for the digital age. During London Craft Week, you can find and see this timeless combination of mirror and blue velvet on its interior, featuring three drawers.

Present at London Craft Week, the Once Upon a Time Cabinet is inspired by the oriental vibe, there’s nothing more authentic in Asian art than porcelain. Once Upon a Time is a cabinet crafted with precious floral and colorful details, a garden full of Paeonia flowers, where two mythic Chinese birds live. These sacred birds, known as Chinese phoenixes, represent the masculine and the feminine side of a soul and are painted in shades of blue, pink, yellow and green. Inside, the stunning cabinet is coated with blue suede and mirror.

Representing the Brand’s heritage at London Craft Week, Once Upon a Time Pixel Cabinet is showcased at the Portuguese Embassy headquarters alongside with some of the most wanted design pieces that together combine into the meaning of the timeless tradition of bespoke and exceptional Craftsmanship.
